Tenancy Strategy Consultation

Overview

Lewisham Council is consulting on its draft Tenancy Strategy. The strategy provides guidance to Registered Providers of social housing in the borough on the types of tenancy that should be offered to residents.

We are keen to hear the views of Registered Providers operating in Lewisham on the draft strategy. We also welcome feedback from all Lewisham residents, whether you live in social housing, privately rented accommodation or your own home, as well as community groups and other stakeholders with an interest in housing in the borough.

This survey is anonymous. However, if you are responding on behalf of a Registered Provider, we will ask for the name of your organisation to help us understand and analyse responses from housing providers. Based on how you identify yourself at the start of the survey, you will be shown the questions that are most relevant to you.
