Let's talk inclusion in schools
Overview
Help shape our inclusion services
If you're a parent, carer or a student who has experienced school exclusion or been affected by it, we want to hear your views. We're keen to understand more about your experiences and what you think about the support you received or are receiving.
Tell us what you think we could do better and how we can work together to improve our offer of support to you.
How can I take part?
We've produced some surveys to help us gather feedback on our service. We know some people may find this difficult to complete or wish to give their feedback differently. If you need these surveys in a different format you can request them from:
- Email: exclusion@lewisham.gov.uk
- Tel: 07710387824
You can also find Word versions of the surveys at the bottom of this page. You can fill these in and send them back to exclusion@lewisham.gov.uk or by post to:
The survey closes on: Friday 11 December 2026.
What happens next?
Once the surveys close, we will analyse responses and publish a summary of what you told us. Your feedback will directly shape the next stage of our inclusion work, helping us decide where to focus, what needs to change, and how we measure whether things are getting better.
We will share our proposals early in 2027 and give you a further chance to comment before anything is finalised.
How to get involved
You can get involved by completing one of our surveys:
- If you're a parent or a carer, take our Parent/Carer Survey.
- If you're a student, take our Student Survey.
