Overview

Lewisham Council are in the process of redesigning a range of services supporting the health and wellbeing of children and young people aged 0-19 years old. This currently consists of two services; Health Visiting and the School Health Service.

The aim of these services is to promote the positive health, wellbeing and development of children and young people. We want to ensure that children and young people have the best start in life and are protected from harm, have good physical and emotional health, and are enabled to develop, achieve and be ready for school.

Why your views matter

We want to make sure that we design services that reflect the needs of all children and families in Lewisham.  Your experiences and views are a vital part of this process.

We are really keen to hear from you about how these services are currently working, any gaps or issues we should be focusing on, and what our priorities should be. This knowledge will help us to design and deliver these services over the next 2-5 years.

This questionnaire is for professionals working with children aged 5-11 and their families.

If you are parent or carer, please complete the Parent and Carer Survey.
