The Children with Complex Needs Service provides support to children and young people who have special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and are between the ages of 0 and 25 years old. We are committed to working together in partnership with our internal and external agencies, and with our children and young people and their families and carers, to make Lewisham a place where all children and young people enjoy a stimulating, healthy and safe childhood, exceed expectations, and have the highest aspirations for their future.

The results from the survey will be gathered and analysed at the end of the 6 week period. A summary report for the Children with Complex Needs Service Manager will be written. We will feed back the results of the survey to you by uploading the report onto the consultation website.
