In response to these challenges and as part of its commitment to enhance the well-being of its residents, Lewisham Council has recently established a Scrutiny Task and Finish Group specifically focused on the PRS in Lewisham.
Recognising the evolving landscape of the PRS, this Task and Finish group is conducting a survey for landlords operating within this sector. This survey aims to delve into the experiences and perspectives of private landlords, gathering crucial insights into key issues such as property management, tenant relationships and landlords' access to support services.
