Consultation on the designation of Lewisham Park Conservation Area and Article 4 Direction
Overview
Lewisham Council has been working with the Lewisham Park Crescent Residents’ Association on a proposal to designate a new Conservation Area focused on Lewisham Park, the Memorial Gardens and the Victorian and Edwardian houses on the southern and eastern sides. Bredgar, Malling and Kemsley are included in the area.

Why your views matter
The Council is seeking thoughts and opinions on the principle of the adoption of the area as a conservation area, on the contents of the Conservation Area Appraisal, and on the proposed Article 4 Direction.
A report detailing the results of the consultation, accompanied by the conservation area appraisal and draft Article 4 Direction (revised as necessary) will be taken to Mayor and Cabinet in Summer 2019.

What happens next
Thank you for your comments and considerations on this consultation, all representations will be considered as part of revised Conservation Area Appraisal and Article 4 Direction.
